I work with your head and face, work with the nervous system and on the energetic level, so for some it will be pure relaxation, for some it will be renewed energy, some will experience memories, dreams, some will feel energy moving in the body . It depends on where you are in understanding and reception and what your system needs, often beyond the understanding of the mind.

To me it makes sense to call it an energetic update.
